Both online and cash methods are available to add money to your etisalat money account:

1. Transfer funds directly from your UAE bank’s app to your etisalat money IBAN.
2. Link your UAE bank accounts to add money.
3. Use UAE-issued debit or credit cards.
4. Fund your account via Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay.

Simply follow these steps:

1. Click ‘Add money’.
2. Click ‘Bank account’.
3. Link your bank account. When your account is ready to use, you will be notified.
4. Select the bank account you want to add money from.
5. Enter the amount and follow the steps to authorize money transfers from your bank account.

For money transfers initiated during working days/hours, within 10 minutes, you will receive the amount in your etisalat money account. If you don’t receive the money within 2 working days at most, please reach out to etisalat money customer care team.

You can use your e& money IBAN to fund-in. Save your etisalat money IBAN as a beneficiary in your UAE bank's app. You can initiate local transfers instantly.

For debit/credit cards and Apple/Google/Samsung Pay and physical cash-in, it happens instantly.

Bank transfers might take a couple minutes up to 2 working days.
