Welcome to Rewards - the loyalty program by e& money! Our loyalty program is designed to provide you with extra value every time you choose e& money. With the loyalty program, you'll gain access to a world of exclusive cash rewards and benefits. Earn points for every transaction you make with your e& money card and watch them accumulate over time. These rewards can be redeemed for cashback, in-app purchases, and much more. Each cash reward is equivalent to 1 AED.

Rewards are open to all e& money account holders when carrying out a Qualifying Transaction. Qualifying transactions here are all transactions made with the e& money card. The following transactions are not Qualifying Transactions and so are not eligible to earn Rewards:

• Adding funds to, and withdrawing funds from, your Account (by any method)
• Transferring funds to another account based in or outside of the UAE
• Transactions for prohibited goods or services, such as gambling, alcohol, or other transactions as notified to you from time to time. Other transactions as we may determine in our sole discretion.

Rewards can be redeemed in the following ways:

1. Transfer to wallet as cashback: Your Rewards can be converted to AED and transferred to the balance of your Account. You need a minimum of AED 50 in Rewards to request Cashback.
2. Share with friends: You rewards can be shared with friends. You need a minimum of AED 2 in your Rewards balance to start sharing

e& Offers: You can purchase e& prepaid or postpaid add-ons using available cash rewards
• No partial payments – full rewards balance required
• Once redeemed, bundles cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded

2. For transferring to your account:
   • You need to have a minimum of AED 50 in your rewards balance.
     • Daily, you can transfer up to AED 100 to your e& money account
     • Monthly, you can transfer up to AED 150.
3. For sharing with a friend:
   • You need to have a minimum of AED 2 in your rewards balance
     • Daily, you can share up to AED 10 to friends
     • Monthly, you can share up to AED 20 to friends

1. Go to the e& money app.
2. Click ‘Rewards’ section in the footer.
3. You will see your current Reward balance.

Your cash rewards have an expiry date, but don't worry, we'll keep you informed! You'll receive a notification in the e& money app three months before your rewards are due to expire. This alert will appear directly under your Rewards balance, so you'll know exactly when you need to use them up. Make sure to take advantage of your rewards before they disappear!

2. Click ‘Rewards’ section in the footer.
3. Click ‘View history’ under balance.
4. Click ‘Earned’ tab; you will see the full list of transactions for which you have earned rewards.

2.  Click ‘My Vouchers’ under balance; you will see previously bought vouchers.
3. Select the voucher; you will see the voucher code and PIN which you need to use for redeeming the voucher. Please follow the guidance below to redeem the voucher.

You can purchase telco bundles from the Rewards page if you have an e& number that you used to register to e& money. If you're a prepaid user, you can buy prepaid bundles. If are a postpaid user, you can buy postpaid bundles. 

There will be a threshold for each telco bundle, allowing customers to redeem the telco bundle within the specified daily, monthly, and telco bundle-specific limits. 

o   Daily limit: 3 telco bundles

o   Weekly limit: 3 telco bundles

o   Monthly limit: 7 telco bundles

o   Lifetime - Daily 1GB: 10 telco bundles

o   Lifetime - Daily Local 20 min: 10 telco bundles

o   Lifetime - Daily International 30 min: 5 telco bundles

o   Lifetime - Weekly 1GB: 3 telco bundles

o   Lifetime - Weekly 2GB: 4 telco bundles

o   Lifetime - Weekly local 100 min: 3 telco bundles 

o   Lifetime - Weekly International 200 min: 2 telco bundles

Your telco bundles will be activated automatically after purchase. You can start using them right away.
