e& money card is a payment tool which is directly linked to e& money account balance. Any payment made on card will use e& money account’s balance. Use your card for your ecommerce payments and international transactions.
You can use your e& money card on e-commerce platforms with your 16-digit card number, CVC, and expiry date which you can see on the app. e& money allows you to see your spending insights, spending categories and transaction history of your card.
Customers can use the card in anywhere under Mastercard assurance.
Every e& money customer which complete KYC (Know Your Customer) standards through app will have a virtual card automatically. You can find in here how to complete your KYC process.
Whenever you add money to your e& money account, you add money to your card automatically. You can use “add money” button from the homepage.
Customers can cancel their card from Card Settings on e& money. Each customer can cancel e& money cards up to 3 times in a year.
No, this card has not any fee for our customers!
You need to fill the cardholder dispute form and send it to support@eandmoney.com. Transactions that happened in the last 30 days may proceed.
