2. You will see details of the transfer status

If your money transfer is completed, it won’t come under ongoing transfers. To check your transactions status:

1. Click ‘View & manage all beneficiaries’

2. Select the beneficiary

3. You will see all your previous transactions where you can easily check the status of the transaction.

Transaction Fees: The standard fee for a single transaction is AED 15.75 (including VAT). However, fees may be lower for specific countries, and occasionally, we may offer promotions with zero transaction fees.

If you are sending money for the first time to a beneficiary, there is a limit of AED 10,000 for first 24 hours. For your next transaction after 24 hours, you can send money abroad up to your remaining monthly fund out limit.

Total fund-out limit (including all money transfer and payment transactions) is AED 25,000.

Please log in to the e& money to provide the missing details. You can update this information by tapping on the notification on your homepage or by going to "Send Abroad" under Services, where your pending transfers are displayed.

Follow the on-screen instructions to proceed. Providing this information will help us process your transaction swiftly.

1. Click notification on the homepage

2. Or click ‘Send Abroad’ menu and select the transaction from Ongoing transfers section

3. You will see status of the transaction

4. Click enter information button and fill the form for required information.

5. Submit the form. Provided information will be reviewed and processed accordingly. You will get notification regarding to your transfer status.

If the transaction is declined, it takes a maximum of a couple of hours to get your principal amount back.

For bank account and wallet transfers, once the transfer is initiated it is pushed to our partner and cannot be canceled.

Cash pick-up transactions can be canceled if it is not withdrawn.

Occasionally, delays can occur within the receiving bank that may prevent the immediate crediting of funds to the recipient’s account. You need to wait for the service level that shows in the application while initiating transaction. If transaction is not received after the mentioned duration, kindly contact our customer care number! We are here to help ensure your transfer is successfully completed.

You need to contact our customer care in order to resolve the issue and refund the amount back to you.

The minimum age should be 18 years old with a valid Emirates ID that is registered in e& money application in order to initiate international money transfer transactions.

You can perform the following transactions:

- 5 transaction per day

- 10 transaction per week

- 30 transactions per month
